I wanted to take this time to thank you for the creation of our web site here at the Pittsburgh School of Pain Management. In order for our organization to grow and thrive it was imperative that we find a way to target our market. We sent my administrative assistant to classes to learn to build a website. He did and over the course of several months we received one lead. We lost my assistants valuable time at work and the labor that could be generated on a useless waste of time, money, and frustration. That's when I heard you speak about how you designed web sites and what your goals were.
I had some real misgivings about the ability of a web site to target my market. Imagine my amazement when I received over 100 hits the first week and 15 inquires for information regarding our unique training program! I looked for my old web site in vain on the various search engines. My new site is usually the first one listed on every search engine I look in.
I especially enjoyed the way you tinkered with the site later. I had so many inquiries that I could not follow up with all of them. You redesigned the inquiry information to only allow the more serious inquires. This has made follow up easier and will have a dramatic effect on my bottom line this year. Thank you for all of your work and attention to my needs as a small innovative training program. Our success is in a large measure due to your insights and hard work.
